PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door device of an elevator smoothly opening/closing a door, with improved smoke shielding property and sound insulation property. SOLUTION: A door body 2 is disposed to an entrance 1 of the elevator to open/close the entrance 1. A door foot 6 is disposed to a lower end part of the door body 2 and inserted into a threshold groove 4. A shielding body 11 is disposed to the lower end part of the door body 2 to cover a clearance between the door body 2 and a threshold 3. The shielding body 11 has a fixed plate 12, and a turning plate 13 inserted into the threshold groove 4 to be turnable in a direction in contact with/separated from a side wall face of the threshold groove 4. A projection part 21 is disposed to the threshold groove 4 to be brought into contact with the turning plate 13 along with reciprocating motions of the door body 2. When the turning plate 13 is brought into contact with the projection part 21 in closing the door, the turning plate 13 is turned in the direction in contact with the side wall face of the threshold groove 4.
