PURPOSE: To provide a blade with large diameter which is fabricated by assembling several disk bodies composing a disk using general machinery, thereby reduces thickness of the blade compared with a conventional large diameter blade to reduce an amount of an object to be cut and thickness of tips attached to the disk accordingly. CONSTITUTION: The blade with large diameter comprises a plural disk bodies(60) for composing a circular plate shaped disk(50), and tips(70) fixed to the disk bodies, wherein the disk is formed by connecting the plural disk bodies to each other, the plural disk bodies are formed of a tool steel generally used for fabricating blades and formed in a sectorial shape to form the circular plate shaped disk, the sectorial shaped disk bodies are connected to each other by a laser welding, the tips that are made of diamond to cut stone are fixed to the outer circumference of the disk by silver soldering. |
