REAGENT STABILISER FOR DRILLING FLUIDS AND A DRILLING FLUID CONCENTRATE

The invention relates to the oil and gas industry, in particular to producing chemical reagents for treating drilling fluids which have different salinity and used for drilling deep and ultradeep oil and gas wells. The essence of said invention lies in that the inventive reagent stabiliser is embodied in the form of an aqueous suspension of a polymeric composition whose viscosity ranges from 4000 to 7000 centipoises at a processing temperature ranging from 90 to 100 DEG C. Said suspension is obtainable by reacting lignosulfonate, tall oil pitch and carboxymethylcellulose in alkali water. The inventive drilling fluid concentrate is embodied in the form of a filler and the powder blend of a ground cooled reagent stabiliser comprising a water-insoluble and water-soluble parts whose mass ratio lies within the range of (6.5-21.5): (78.5-93.5), respectively. The use of the inventive reagent makes it possible to reduce the cost of the drilling fluid, increase the filtration reducing power thereof and a static shear stress value.
