<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flow controller allowing adjacently juxtaposed arrangement juxtaposed with a plurality thereof, and capable of conducting easily piping connection work for a flow-in port and a flow-out port of a fluid, and connection work for an electric signal line or the like. <P>SOLUTION: This controller is constituted to build a flow passage block body for forming a prescribed flow passage and assembled with a flow sensor in the flow passage, and a circuit board mounted with an electric circuit in a casing of a rectangular parallelopiped or cube, and, in particular, a display and an operation switch are provided in a front face of the casing exposed to a front face of a prescribed panel, when the casing is attached to the prescribed panel. A U-shaped flow passage is also formed to provide the flow-in port and the flow-out port for the flow passage respectively in a backface part of the casing, and a terminal part for external connection of the circuit board is provided in the backface part of the casing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
