<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air circulating apparatus which is suitable for removing a volatile organic compound (VOC). <P>SOLUTION: The air circulating apparatus 1 has a combustion chamber 5 supplying heat for heating air sucked by a fan 12, a catalyst unit 30 almost covering the cross section of a blowout opening 6 in front of the combustion chamber 5, and a humidifier 50 set to supply moisture 75 into a channel between the catalyst unit 30 and the combustion chamber 5 in a housing 3. By supplying the moisture 75 of a high temperature, humid, high-temperature air 73 is produced efficiently and circulated in a building 60. High temperature air is passed through the catalyst unit 30 to decompose the VOC 79 contained in the air. Even when a process in which air in the building 60 is heated and ventilated is not repeated frequently, the VOC 79 can efficiently be released from a building material 61 to be removed while the air in the building 60 is circulated.
