PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method, by which a product can be efficiently produced with good workability even in the case of centrifugal forming using a hydraulic composition, especially a hydraulic composition having a low W/P. SOLUTION: An additive for concrete to be formed by centrifugal forming contains a phosphoric monoester containing a specific group such as an alkyl ether group or its salt (monoester form) and a phosphoric diester containing a specific group such as alkyl ether groups or its salt (diester form; wherein a pyrophosphate form is included) in a weight ratio of the monoester form to (monoester form + diester form) of 0.4-0.95.
