PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a very practical and innovative reduced water production device which magnetically activates water to make a reducing material more soluble, and can generate reduced water at a low cost in a short time only by chemical reactions, without using electric energy. SOLUTION: The reduced water production device for producing the reduced water in which minerals are ionized has a magnetic field generation part 1 that generates a magnetic field in a container 3 where water can be introduced in and out, and the reducing material that is dissolved in water to generate the reduced water.
