PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To comfortably inhale medical powder, dissolving discomfort caused by gustation by preventing the inhaled medical powder from sticking to the tongue, the oral cavity inner surface, or the like. SOLUTION: A mouthpiece 15 is provided with a plurality of air blowoff ports 22 located around an inhalation port 20 to blow off air surrounding medical powder flow flowing out of the inhalation port 20. Consequently, when holding an outer body 21 of the mouthpiece 15 in the mouth to inhale, air blown out of the respective air blowoff ports 22 forms an air curtain 24 surrounding the medical powder flow 23 flowing out of the inhalation port 20. The air curtain 24 thereby prevents medical powder included in the medical powder flow 23, from sticking to the tongue surface, the oral cavity inner surface, or the like, and the medical powder can be comfortably inhaled without sensing unnecessary taste such as sweet taste, salty taste, acid taste or bitter taste.
