PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiuse cooking apparatus capable of cooking such as boiling, steaming and baking by leading cold air, hot air, superheated steam, or the like into a cooking space with a cooking material put inside. SOLUTION: This multiuse cooking apparatus has a cooking space 12 storing the cooking material and provided with an atmosphere supply port 10 connected with an atmosphere supply device 3 for cold air, hot air, superheated steam, or the like, an auxiliary cooking material supply port 5 connected with an auxiliary cooking material storage supply device 4 for water, oil, seasoning, a smoking material, or the like, and a cooking state sensing device 9. The multiuse cooking apparatus comprises a program control device 2 giving prescribed instructions to the atmosphere supply device 3 and the auxiliary cooking material storage supply device 4 based on instructions from a selective operating device 1 for a cooking method or the like and signals from the cooking state sensing device 9.
