PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a headrest supporting device capable of maintaining desired functions without deteriorating the usability, lightening the structure and facilitating the processing. SOLUTION: A recess 5a of a support member 5 is formed in the position biased in the direction crossing the diameter of the support member 5 in a second specific direction 2f on the diameter face, and a wedge inclined surface part 9 is formed in a lock member 6. The wedge incline surface part 9 is inclined in the direction along the diameter face relative to the second specific direction f2, and is forced to be in contact with a base a of the recess 5a when the lock member 6 is pressed in the second specific direction f2.
