PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a both-side reclining device having superior installability. SOLUTION: This both-side reclining device is provided with a motor bracket 211 provided in a first upper arm 10; a motor 231 which is provided in the motor bracket 211 and whose output shaft is attached with a small-diameter gear 235 threadedly engaged with a large-diameter gear 100 of a shaft 33 of a first reclining mechanism 30; and a cover 212 integrally formed with the motor bracket 211, formed covering the small-diameter gear 235 and the large-diameter gear 100, and formed with a hole 215 for inserting a shaft 33 of the first reclining mechanism 30.
