PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the beams of light emitted from light-emitting diodes 40a, 40b, respectively from mixing with each other and being emitted. SOLUTION: If red light emitted from the red light-emitting diode 40b enters a pointer lightguide section 31, when the red light-emitting diode 40b is turned on, the red light impinges on the rotation base part 21 of a pointer by the guide section 31. If the red light, emitted from the emitting diode 40b, enters the guide section 31, this red light propagates from an extended part to an arc section 33c and is attenuated, even though this red light propagates from the guide section 31 to a connection section.
