PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a GPS (Global Positioning System) pager which can start a bidirectional communication or the like through a communication network when encountering a disaster as an emergency contact means and which calls a mobile line of a mobile station. SOLUTION: A GPS communication module is installed in a general purpose pager (R)1 made a mobile station. If the mobile station is called from a base station 11 and a communication network 12, information such as the current position is analyzed by the latitude and the longitude of a GPS radio wave and the two-dimensional radio wave of the base station and a GSM standard communication system, even in a state in which a GPS antenna is shielded, and the position data are confirmed in real time on an electronic map screen of a personal computer 13 in the base station and a server.
