PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a channel selection device capable of improving the operability for conducting channel selection in the case when many stations can be selected. SOLUTION: The device comprises a display means 111 for respectively displaying the information for the broadcasting stations on a plurality of rows and columns in a matrix shape, and operating means 41-44 for individually instructing four change directions of a station to be received. Within the information displayed by the display means, the a station to be received is changed in the four directions of one row direction, the other row direction, one column direction, and the other column direction. The device can select freely the position of a broadcasting station to be selected among broadcasting stations etc. displayed in the matrix shape, by using the operating means for individually instructing four directions.
