PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hole array and an aligner which are inexpensive. SOLUTION: Light outputted from each of LED chips 101a, 101b and so on are limited in luminous image of the LED by a slit 102a, limited in angle of divergence by through holes of the hole array 110, and condensed in a Y direction by cylindrical lenses 104, 105 to irradiate an electrostatic recorder 10 with the condensed light. The hole array 110 is formed in such a way that four hole array plates 111 each having an opening hole formed by chemical etching are laminated and bonded. Therefore, the manufacturing cost of the hole array 110 is reduced, compared to a hole array formed by a wire cut method which has been conventionally used. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
