发明名称 METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING LAMINATED CERAMIC ELECTRONIC COMPONENT
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminated ceramic electronic component like a laminated ceramic capacitor wherein structure defect such as shape anisotropy is hardly generated, even if thin layer formation of an internal electrode layer progresses together with thin layer formation and multilayer formation of a dielectric layer, and deterioration of electrical property can be restrained while improving the electrical property. SOLUTION: In this method, the laminated ceramic electronic component having an element main part is manufactured wherein a plurality of the dielectric layers and the internal electrode layers of at most 1μm are arranged alternately. The manufacturing method is provided with a first debinder process wherein a lamination obtained by alternately arranging paste for the dielectric layers and paste for the internal electrode layers which contains base metal whose mean particle diameter is at most 0.3μm to a plurality of layers is subjected to debinder at 200-400°C in air, a second debinder process wherein the lamination after first debinder is subjected to debinder at 900-1,200°C in humidified nitrogen, and heat reduction is performed, and a baking process wherein the lamination after second debinder is baked at baking temperature of 1,200-1,350°C.
