PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic having light and smooth slip without reducing gloss of a makeup film and without an oily feeling or greasiness and having excellent preservation stability with time. SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic is characterized as follows. The oily cosmetic comprises the following ingredients (A) and (B).
