摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-load speed-increase operation control method for an inverter control crane hoist with certain and stable action. SOLUTION: In the inverter control crane hoist, an operation time is shortened by accelerating by raising frequency of an electric motor at light load. The inverter control crane hoist has a means for presuming a load ratio using an output power detection value 12 of the inverter 10, operating a speed increasable speed and simultaneously carrying out acceleration rate adjustment, determining function for accelerating the electric motor 11 to a normal output value at a constant output area and the fact that the load is increased during light-load speed-increase operation from an output power detection value 5, automatically reducing a target speed in adjustment to increase of the load and continuing a stable operation in the state that the output power value at the constant output area is within the normal value.
