FIELD: agricultural engineering, in particular, equipment which may be used in creating of novel stone harvesting methods and machines. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves initially picking up freely lying stones from field surface and, depending on conditions, grubbing semi-hidden stones from right-hand side or left-hand side in the direction of advancement of apparatus or simultaneously from both sides thereof; maneuvering and moving machine from one extreme working position to other working position and picking up grubbed stones. Machine has additional grubbing tooth mounted on tractor at the left side thereof in the direction of advancement of apparatus and controlled independently of right-handed tooth. Pool-type hitch tongue is made in the form of bifurcated grip provided at both sides thereof. Front grip is rigidly and integrally connected to hitch tongue and rear grip is composed of two forks. One of forks is made detachable and may be independently attached to hitch tongue. Transverse beam of frame is equipped with three pivot joints with automatic controlling of pair of retainers on each of pivot joints and with slot provided on each of upper and lower surfaces of transverse beam, wherein fork protrusion move. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and simplified method for removal of stones from field surface. ^ 4 cl, 4 dwg |
