FIELD: production of plastic screw covers. ^ SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a device for shaving and is dealt with the field of sufficing vital needs and may be used at shaving with simultaneous massage action. The device contains a fixed knife made as a cartridge, on the butt end of which there are slots. A mobile knife with the cutting edges has a contact with the stationary knife and is mounted on a shaft with a capability of rotation. The center of gravity of the mobile knife does not coincide with the axis of its rotation. The slots on the butt part of the stationary knife and the cutting edges of the mobile knife are made at an angle to the plane of its rotation set at an angle to the plane of rotation of the latter.
