<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shipment and delivery management system that can simplify shipment and delivery management by executing timely and efficient shipment and delivery management of merchandise. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a standard management table creation processing program 300, a shipment management table creation processing program 301 and a seller server 200. The standard management table creation processing program 300 creates standard management table data 202 storing relevant information about merchandise between a purchaser, a seller and a supplier and shipment and delivery lead time information about the merchandise. The shipment management table creation processing program 301 creates shipment management table data 203 including management numbers of the merchandise at the respective purchaser, seller and supplier, according to order acceptance data at the seller created from merchandise order placement data from the purchaser, order placement data to the supplier created from the order acceptance data at the seller, and shipment and delivery data from the supplier.
