<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a posture of a vehicle at regeneration during decelerating or braking and improve regeneration efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When regeneration is performed at braking or decelerating, vehicle height control or damping quantity control is performed by a suspension device in accordance with the vehicle speed at that time. Concretely, the vehicle height is controlled so that a height of a front wheel is lower than that of a rear wheel, or the damping quantity is controlled so that damping quantity of the front wheel is increased. The control quantity at that time is determined in accordance with the vehicle speed.
