<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power convertor capable of simplifying calculation for a lower cost, and also capable of reducing a wiring cost that accompanies delivery of a signal wire. <P>SOLUTION: The power convertor comprises a filter circuit composed of a capacitor and a reactor connected to the output of a power conversion main circuit composed of a plurality of switching elements. It comprises a current control device 110 which comprises a current controller 115 and supplies its output to the power conversion main circuit as a voltage command Vinv<SP>*</SP>; and a voltage control device to which an output VL of a voltage detector for detecting a voltage of the capacitor is inputted, and which comprises a voltage controller 102 and a reverse response controller composed of a gain calculator 105 which is a reverse response to the current controller 112.
