METHOD AND APPARATUS FOR SPRAYING SEED MALT

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and an apparatus for spraying seed malt to grain mainly in the enzyme industry and in the food brewing industry.

SOLUTION: The method for spraying seed malt comprises preparing a diluted solution 4 of seed malt by suspending the seed malt 13 in a liquid, attaching the seed malt 13 to the surface of grain by quantitatively spraying the diluted solution 4 of seed malt to the surface of grain through a spraying means or quantitatively diffusing the seed malt 13 into compressed air and diffusing the seed malt 13 into a spray by connecting compressed air and the liquid to the spraying means. The apparatus for spraying seed malt is equipped with a stirring means for preventing the seed malt from settling in the diluted solution 4 of seed malt and a means for spraying the spray on the surface of grain.
