WASTE MONITORING SYSTEM AND WASTE MONITORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste monitoring system and a waste monitoring method with high reliability capable of preventing the altering of data.

SOLUTION: The waste discharged from a discharging person 12 is stored in a vessel 10 with a lid 18, is conveyed to a final disposal agent 16 by a conveying vehicle 14 and is discarded to a predetermined graveyard place. Report terminal 20 is installed on the lid 18 of the vessel 10 and a monitoring center 22 is informed of a position information of the vessel 10 obtained through GPS satellite or the like every time the lid 18 of the vessel 10 is opened/closed. The monitoring center 22 recognizes whether or not the lid 18 of the vessel 10 is opened at an appropriate place by the information and can monitor the existence of illegal throwing away.
