TONER FOR ELECTROMAGNETIC INDUCTION HEAT FIXING

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toner having excellent fixing property and high temperature offset resistance from a low speed to a high speed without causing curling in a recording material even a when a fixing roller of an electromagnetic induction heating system has uneven temperature distribution. SOLUTION: The toner is used to fix an image by heating a toner image on a recording material by using a heating and pressurizing means composed of a rotary heating member by an electromagnetic induction heating system and a rotary pressurizing member forming a nip against the rotary heating member. The toner comprises a toner base material containing at least a binder resin, wax and a coloring agent. The endothermic peak of the wax by DSC is present at 40 to 150°C with the maximum endothermic peak at 50 to 100°C. The exothermic peak by DSC is present at 30 to 150°C with the maximum exothermic peak at 40 to 95°C. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
