PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly manage sales by a game parlor even in case of a communication failure between a dispensing processing machine and a managing server due to a disconnection or the like in a communication pathway. SOLUTION: The ball dispensing processing machine 20 is equipped with the following parts. A failure detecting part 71 detects whether the failure occurs in the communication pathway between the processing machine 20 and the managing server 200. A ball dispensing restriction part 72 restricts processing for dispensing game mediums if the failure detecting part 71 detects the failure in the communication pathway. A part 73 for lifting restrictions on dispensing balls lifts restrictions on processing for dispensing game mediums after the managing server 200 is notified of sales information during the failure if a judgement that the communication pathway recovers from the failure is made.
