PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a foam fire extinguishing system of a multiple parking structure with which sufficient form fire extinguishing can be performed for full length and full width of a car body without making a dead angle of an emission area in the middle of the car body, and the number of foam emission sections and installation space can be reduced since one foam emission section can emit foam to both left and right pallets simultaneously. SOLUTION: The parking structure is constituted to include a pallet 1 of a first stage on the ground which moves laterally, a pallet 2 of a second stage or above on the ground which moves laterally and horizontally, and a pallet of a first stage or below under the ground which moves horizontally, wherein the foam emission sections 3 which includes a combination of a foam head with approximate 180 degrees of a diffusion angle and two foam nozzles for a right direction and a left direction disposed at both left and right sides of the foam head are disposed respectively at the outside and four corners of a pallet moving area without hindering the above movement of each pallet, and the foam head emits the foam covering the pallets in both right and left sides so that the foam emission sections 3 emit the foam to the left and right pallets simultaneously.
