PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game ball hoisting polisher which facilitates the operation of adjusting the serpentining of the hoisting belt by arranging the operating part for inputting the operation force from outside at the position easily visible and operable operation. SOLUTION: The mechanism has a serpentining adjustment roller 110 arranged pressing onto the rear of the hoising belt 25 in the course thereof and a roller support part 112 rotatably supporting the serpentining adjustment roller 110. The roller support part 112 supports the right end side of the serpentining adjustment roller 110 with the left end side thereof as fulcrum so as to be adjustable being inclined upward or downward and the other end side of the serpentining adjustment roller 110 is adjusted upward or downward with the rotation of an adjusting screw 133 extending vertically. An operation knob 153 of the operating part 150 for inputting the operation force for turning the adjusting screw 133 from outside is disposed on the axis crossing the adjusting screw 133 almost at the right angle in the axial direction thereof.
