PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of components of a conductive line (in which a shielding electric wire is used) with a shielding function. SOLUTION: A terminal part 11 is integrally formed at an end part of a long and narrow metal conductor 10. The conductor 10 is housed in a metal pipe 30. An insulated cylinder 20 (insulated means) is provided between the conductor 10 and the pipe 30. The pipe 30 is connected with a equipment side shielding shell 83 (counterpart shielding member) with a bracket 60 (conduction means). Since the terminal part 11 which is a connecting means with an equipment side terminal 81 (counterpart terminal) is integrally formed in the conductor 10, the number of components is smaller than when using a terminal fitting other than the conductor 10. Since the pipe 30 serves both as the shielding means and the protection means for the conductor 10, the number of components is smaller than when using a dedicated protection means. As a means to protect a shielded wire (namely, a conductor and a shielding means for the conductor), a protector is used in addition to the shielded wire, and since the shielded wire is housed in the protector, a problem that there are many components is solved.
