PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily wearable men's underwear disconnecting touch of the scrotum and the penis at the time of wearing, and also touch with the abdomen and the thigh, preventing stuffiness of the whole abdomen, maintaining a worn condition through preventing the penis from slipping off or getting out of position at the time of wearing, and most suitable especially for activities such as walking, jogging and climbing a mountain. SOLUTION: The men's underwear has an almost bag-like scrotum holding part in the crotch of an underwear main body, a hole on the front surface of the underwear main body and an almost ring-like penis supporting brim on the periphery of the hole. When wearing the underwear, a wearer holds his scrotum in the almost bag-like scrotum holding part and inserts his penis into the penis supporting brim so as to support the penis.
