PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide various roller shafts and rollers therewith realizing stable retaining irrespective of fluctuation of an outer diameter. SOLUTION: In the roller shaft, a chamfer part made at a corner of an end of the shaft is constituted in the order of an R chamfer part and a C chamfer part keeping contact with the R chamfer part from an end surface side of the shaft.
