FIELD: equipment for processing of grain, grain products, grain wastes, in particular, for cleaning of grain surface. ^ SUBSTANCE: apparatus has vertical screw with upper part made from hollow perforated shaft with hollow perforated blades fixed thereon. Radius of blades is increasing from the bottom to the top. Upper part of vertical screw is surrounded with conical perforated shell. Blades are positioned in mutually perpendicular planes, with inclination angle of blades arranged in one of said planes making 45 deg with respect to vertical axis. Perforated shell is furnished with conical openings directed with their large base toward vertical screw. Area of shell openings increases with increase in radius of screw blades. Lower part of vertical screw is made in the form of cylindrical screw having hollow shaft with curved perforated pipe fixed thereto. Perforated pipe is inserted into hollow shaft of screw lower part and runs around hopper wall. Hopper is made in the form of truncated cone with lower base directed downward. Apparatus is provided with heat-exchanging housing having built-in electric heating member. ^ EFFECT: improved quality of processing of grain material and reduced consumption of water. ^ 1 dwg |
