<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To give a priority for deposit processing at a counter in an office of a financial institution to a customer who deposits a large amount of money in cash through a lobby deposit machine arranged in a lobby or the like in the office. <P>SOLUTION: A deposit-processing reception system includes the lobby deposit machine having a priority number issuing means which issues a card on which a priority number is written when the customer deposits money and a transmission means which transmits the priority number to the outside; a reception number issuing machine which issues a reception number card after adding a reception number; a controller which receives the priority number and reception number and determines a calling order in which customers are called; and one or more teller terminals which display the calling order received from the controller. The controller receives the priority number and the reception number from the lobby deposit machine and the reception number issuing machine, respectively, and determines the reception order by inserting the priority number into a prescribed position which is prior to the last reception number and posterior to a priority number already received at the point when it receives the reception and priority numbers. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
