<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit information on the quantity of electricity and an apparatus control command and to assure protective control performance in a substation by a simply communication form using characteristic of digital and communication, in a transforming apparatus protective control system and a transforming apparatus protective control device capable of protecting and controlling the transforming apparatus body by using a digital technique and a communication technology. <P>SOLUTION: This transforming apparatus protective control system comprises a plurality transforming apparatus protective controller controlling and protecting the transforming apparatus body, based on the quantity of electricity detected from the transforming apparatus body and/or the information from the outside; and a plurality of communication paths which are used for transmission of the information between the plurality of transforming apparatus controllers. The plurality of transforming apparatus protective controllers are connected to some of the plurality of communication paths.
