<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a digital filter having a delay free loop without inserting a delaying means. <P>SOLUTION: The delay free loop is replaced by a coefficient multiplier 33 that is arranged behind a subtracter 10 and whose coefficient is 1 (1 + b0 ×β).
