<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic document management device that supports efficient work on electronic documents by collecting work status data when a user works on electronic documents and processing the collected work status data. <P>SOLUTION: The electronic document management device comprises an input means for inputting operations on an electronic document, a work status collecting means for collecting work status data on a user's status of work on the electronic document, a work status processing means for processing the collected work status data to calculate a work status determination value indicating at least any or a combination of degrees of association with electronic documents, a work history of the electronic document and degrees of association between input keywords, a storage means for storing the calculated work status determination value of the electronic document, a use means for providing the user with work support information for supporting other work on a work document with the calculated work status determination value of the electronic document, and an output means for outputting the provided work support information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
