<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a nitrogen compound, by which a gas of a nitrogen oxide, a nitrogen oxy-halide, a nitrogen fluoride or complexes of them with a hydrogen halide is made harmless or fractioned with high efficiency. <P>SOLUTION: When the gas of NOx, NOxAy, HNOx, NOx-nHA, NOxAy-nHA, HNOx-nHA, N<SB>2</SB>F<SB>2</SB>, N<SB>2</SB>F<SB>4</SB>(wherein A is halogen; x≥0.5; y>0; (n) is an integer of≥1) or a mixture of them is removed in a scrubber, F<SB>2</SB>gas is added to a gas containing the gas by 0.1-60 vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
