PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system to remotely control the state of health by collecting the living body information of a user in a server through a communication network with which the sense of security that an expert such as a doctor or the like watches the state of health of the user is prevented from being lost when the doctor or the like only refers the living body information but cannot frequently advice the user.

SOLUTION: An information means 5b automatically informs a terminal of the user 1 that the living body information which is stored in the server 4 is referred through a terminal of the doctor 5.
