PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet steel reinforcing sheet which can improve both adhesive properties and reinforcing properties. SOLUTION: In the sheet steel reinforcing sheet having a restriction layer 1 and a reinforcement layer 2, the reinforcement layer 2 is formed from an expandable composition containing a polystyrenic synthetic rubber, an aromatic epoxy resin, and a blowing agent. In this way, adhesive strength and reinforcing properties which have been incompatible so far can be made compatible so that the adhesive strength and the reinforcing properties in relation to the sheet steel can sufficiently be secured. By sticking the reinforcing sheet surely to the sheet steel 4 of various industrial machines, the sheet steel 4 can be reinforced effectively. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
