PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plate which has three-dimensional effects and, in addition, gives a seer high grade feeling. SOLUTION: In order to solve the problems, a composite plate with the three-dimensional effects is formed by piling a glass plate 5, on one side 5b of which a character, a pattern 5a or the like is engraved with the other side 5c upwards up on a transparent sheet 2, on one side 2a of which a first pattern part having a pattern 3 repeated by the predetermined pitch is provided, and a second pattern part having a moire pattern formed with a second pattern 4 similar to the first pattern 3 is provided on the other side 2b of the transparent sheet 2.
