PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new diet tool for safe diet in a short period without necessitating food restriction and excessive exercise. SOLUTION: A cooling sheet for diet has a sufficiently large area for burning a calorie necessary for reducing weight, that is, a size sufficient for cooling the human shoulder, preferably has both longitudinal and lateral lengths of from 8 cm to 20 cm. The cooling sheet is composed of a common polymer gelling agent used for a human antipyretic, for example, a pressure-sensitive adhesive such as a polyacrylic acid salt or an excipient such as glycerin.
