PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pants type disposable wearing article with an interfolded part at a crotch region, which facilitates excretion flow into the interfolded part. SOLUTION: The pants type disposable wearing article 1 has therein the interfolded part 50 provided on both sides of a width direction at a crotch region 8 in a body fluid absorbent part 3. The body fluid absorbent part 3 comprises a core material 21 in hourglass shape and a coating sheet 22 to coat it. A concave cut out part 8b, is provided on each side of the core material 21. On the coating sheet 22 located at the concave cut out part, an elastic member 70 for the crotch part crossing folded lines 20s and 20t is provided so as to extend in a longitudinal direction.
