PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition device easily attachable to/detachable from a shelf board, etc. without applying special treatment to the shelf board, etc., and supporting partition boards stably and in good appearance. SOLUTION: The partition device A mounted on the shelf board 11, etc. comprises a base plate 2 with a projecting line 4 extending in the left/right directions at the front end and a back panel 3 standing from the rear end of the base plate 2. A plurality of slits 5 and 6 are arranged and bored in the left/right directions in a partition receiving material 1 which is L-shaped from the side view. The partition boards 7 extending in the vertical direction are detachably attached by engaging engagement pieces 8 formed at the rear ends with arbitrary slits 6 on the back panel 3, and engaging the lower ends of the partition boards 7 with the slits 5 on the projection line 4 side in front of the slits 6.
