PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation structure of a thresher, in which a shaking separation mechanism is effectively utilized to apply a reasonable improvement, thereby improving the accuracy of the separation. SOLUTION: This separation structure of the thresher, equipped with the shaking separation mechanism 8 for sieving and separating threshed products, is characterized by integrally disposing the first multi-perforated plate 33 having the first multi-perforated portion 31 allowing the leakage of single grains and the second multi-perforated portion 32 for leaking the treated products transferred from the first multi-perforated portion 31 without leaking, and further disposing the second multi-perforated portion 32 which is used for receiving the treated products leaked from the second multi-perforated portion 32, slidably contacts with the first multi-perforated plate 33 integrally shaken with the shaking separation mechanism 8, and is used for accurately separating the treated products, below the first multi-perforated plate 33.
