PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flat surface motor device capable of reducing influence of a disturbance force and a disturbance rotational force of a moving body affected by a cable. SOLUTION: In this flat surface motor device having a fixing portion provided with a flat surface, a moving body moving on the flat surface of the fixing portion, and the U-shaped cable wired from the end portion side of the fixing portion to the moving body, there are provided with a first cable of which the one end is connected on the one end side of the fixing portion, the other end is wired on the one end side of the moving body and a second cable of which the one end is connected to the other end side of the fixing portion, and the other end is wired on the other end portion side of the moving body so that the first cable may delete the disturbance force and the rotational force affected to the moving body.
