PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce production costs of an entire element by providing a plurality of kinds of piezoelectric vibrators within one piezoelectric element while suppressing the occurrence of spurious, and making common a piezoelectric substrate 12 or a package in a piezoelectric vibrator 10 wherein a unit electrode 18 composed of a front electrode 14 and a rear electrode 16 is provided at the same position on the piezoelectric substrate 12. SOLUTION: The unit electrode 18 is configured by constituting a part of or all the outer peripheral shape of an electrode into shape corresponding to the vibration mode distribution or sum of an order of interest, and a plurality of the unit electrodes 18 are mutually closely disposed on the same piezoelectric substrate 12.
