PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce danger or labor in an installation work for installing a base station on the surface of the ceiling or in maintenance and check, and to prevent the installation place of the base station from being obstruction of business and traffic. SOLUTION: The flooring (floor panel 10) equipped with a base station body and a base station for performing radio communication with an external radio communication terminal via an antenna connected to the base station body, comprises a panel body 11 as a flooring body, a base station body 13 which is installed on the backside of the panel body 11, and a plane antenna 12 buried in the surface of the panel body 11, and configures a radio base station for private PHS(R), for example. The plane antenna 12 comprises an antenna part 12a on the surface side and a ground part 12b on the backside, respectively, and grounds the ground part 12a directly in contact with a top plate 11a of the panel body 11.
