METHOD FOR IMPROVING IM UNBALANCE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for improving the IM unbalance to easily adjust in a simple circuit configuration and is effective even to the modulated signal. SOLUTION: A device in which the magnitude ratio of a lower side component to an upper side component of the IM reverses due to the difference of bias current setting has a configuration, wherein a signal is made to pass through a first amplifier driven by setting the bias current that makes the lower side component small and to pass through a second amplifier connected to the first amplifier in a vertical column and driven by setting a bias current that makes the lower side component large.
