PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a fixed image with high image quality by preventing an image defect from being caused by contact with a separating member when the separating member separates sheet paper from a fixing device. SOLUTION: A plurality of separation claws 32a to 32c are arranged shifting downward in the rotating direction of a heat roller 27 from the outer side to the inner side of the heat roller 27 along the length and when the sheet paper P is separated from the heat roller 27, separation claws which are positioned at both the ends of the form P among the plurality of separation claws 32a to 32c are brought into contact with the form P first.
